Your data infrastructure.
Then your growth engine.
Built by people who ran the campaigns first, not data people guessing what marketers need. We're the data and reporting layer agencies and marketing teams plug into — ads come second.
Who we work alongside
Agencies, consultancies and startups we partner with directly. Read the case studies.
What we do
Three pillars: Data & BI, the CRM infrastructure underneath it, and Performance Marketing on top.
Data & BI
- Data Audit
- Blended cross-channel data
- ETL Pipeline Creation
- Data Warehouse Creation
- Dashboards & Reporting
- Analytics & Insights
CRM Infrastructure & Build
- CRM setup & migration
- Pipeline & workflow automation
- Lead scoring & routing
- Sales/marketing platform integrations
Performance Marketing
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Bing Ads
- Media buying & campaign management
- Creative testing
- Omni-channel attribution modelling
Any one stands alone. Take all three, ongoing, as a full partner. How an engagement runs.
What's different
Built by people who ran the campaigns first, and set up so you can check our working.
A warehouse, not a dashboard tool
Most reporting is a dashboard tool sitting on top of the ad platforms, repeating what each one claims. We build a real warehouse, in your account or hosted by us, and reconcile it to your CRM.
Any CRM
Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel or monday CRM. We are not tied to one CRM vendor, so the recommendation fits your business.
Ads judged on closed revenue
Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Bing campaigns are measured against what your CRM says closed, not against what each platform reports.
Try it before you commit
Four free audits, and a 30-day test flight with your own dashboard live in 5–7 working days.
What we build in
Everything lands in one warehouse, then comes back out as a dashboard built for you.
- Bing
- Tag Manager
- GA4
- Zoho
- HubSpot
- Salesforce
- Supabase
- PostgreSQL
- Custom-built
- Netlify
What you get
Your ad accounts tell one story. Your CRM tells another. Blending every channel into one view with omni-channel attribution is how you find out which one is true.
Closed revenue, weekly
Same four channels, ranked by each source
Meta brought the most leads and the third-most revenue. LinkedIn brought the fewest and the second-most. No ad account can see this — only the CRM can.
| Channel | Spend | Leads | Qualified | Qual. rate | Closed revenue | ROAS |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| $118K | 121 | 96 | 79% | $465K | 3.9x | |
| $64K | 58 | 51 | 88% | $301K | 4.7x | |
| Meta | $104K | 198 | 121 | 61% | $246K | 2.4x |
| Bing | $34K | 74 | 43 | 58% | $88K | 2.6x |
| All channels | $320K | 451 | 311 | 69% | $1.10M | 3.4x |
Then the campaigns
Once the blended numbers exist, media buying runs against them. Same budget as the dashboard above, reallocated toward what the CRM says actually closed.
Why your ad platforms and CRM disagree
Every platform marks its own homework. None of them see the same thing.
Performance Max reports by channel and asset group, but it can't tell you which conversions became closed revenue. A conversion is not a customer.
Wide attribution windows hide how many of those leads qualified, let alone closed. Reported ROAS is a claim, not a result.
A sales cycle that runs months past the reporting window hides which expensive lead became the biggest deal in the account. Expensive leads are not the same as expensive customers.
Nobody checks it, which hides whether the cheapest converting traffic in the account is being starved or wasted. Small channels still deserve real numbers.
Why us
We didn't start as data people. We ran the ads ourselves, then got tired of guessing which campaigns actually worked.
Not in marketing at all? The same data and CRM infrastructure works just the same.
Ads are optional. The data layer isn't.
Let's look at your data.
Start with a data audit. No commitment beyond that first look.
