About drop-b

We didn't start as data people. We ran the ads ourselves, then got tired of guessing which campaigns actually worked.

The short version

A media background is why the data work is built the way it is.

Years of running paid media taught us that every platform marks its own homework, and that the reports which look best are usually the ones furthest from the truth. Meta claims the conversion. Google claims the same conversion. The CRM, if anyone bothers to ask it, says neither of them closed anything.

So we built the layer that answers the question properly: every source blended into one warehouse, one attribution model across all of it, and a dashboard that shows what actually drove revenue. Then we went back to running ads, this time on top of something we could trust.

That order matters. A data team that has never spent a budget builds reporting that is technically correct and practically useless. We build for the decision a marketer has to make on Monday morning, because we used to be the ones making it.

Who we work with

Agencies and marketing teams, mostly. Anyone who needs their numbers to agree, in practice.

Agencies The data partner you plug in rather than hire. Your clients get the reporting layer; you don't build a data team.
In-house marketing The infrastructure your team doesn't have time to build, run by people who understand what you need it for.
Everyone else Not a marketing team at all? The same warehouse, CRM and reporting work applies. Ads are optional.
