How we work

Audit first, always. We do not propose a build before we know what you already have.

The shape of the work

Sources in, one warehouse in the middle, a dashboard you own on the other end.

The sequence

Most engagements run in this order. You can stop after any step and keep what's built.

  1. 01

    Audit

We map every source you have, what each one claims, and where they disagree. You get a written findings document whether or not you continue.

  2. 02

    Build the layer

Warehouse stood up, pipelines written, CRM wired in. Built on your infrastructure, in your accounts, from the start.

  3. 03

    Model the attribution

One model across every channel and the CRM, agreed with you, so there is a single number everyone works from.

  4. 04

    Run and report

Ongoing reporting, and media management if you want it. This is the only step that has to be ongoing.

What ownership means

Everything we build sits in your accounts, on your infrastructure, under your billing.

Warehouse Your Supabase or Postgres instance. We work in it; we do not hold it.
Dashboard Custom-built and handed over. No per-seat licence, so giving your whole team access costs nothing extra.
If we part ways You keep the warehouse, the pipelines, the models and the dashboard. Nothing switches off.
