Performance Marketing

We ran the ads before we built the data. We still run them, but only on top of a measurement layer that can tell us whether they worked.

What it covers

Media buying, run against your data rather than the platform's marking of its own homework.

Meta, Google, LinkedIn & Bing Ads

Build, launch and day-to-day B2B PPC management across the platforms that matter to you, not all of them for the sake of it.

Media buying & campaign management

Structure, budget and bidding managed against blended performance, not per-platform ROAS.

Creative testing

Tests designed so the result is readable, with enough volume behind each variant to mean something.

Omni-channel attribution modelling

One model across every channel and the CRM, so credit is assigned once instead of claimed five times — the job of a marketing attribution agency, not a media buyer bolting on a spreadsheet.

Platforms

Each one reports differently and lies to you differently. A page each on how we handle it.

What changes when you can see closed revenue

Per-platform ROAS builds one budget. Revenue traced through the CRM builds a different one. This is the difference, on the same money.

Split you have, optimised per platform Split the blended numbers argue for Google R118K R130K +12 Meta R104K R70K -34 LinkedIn R64K R90K +26 Bing R34K R30K -4 Same R320K either way. Meta gives up R34K, LinkedIn takes R26K. Nothing in the ad accounts would have told you to do that.
Illustrative, using the channel returns from the sample dashboard.

Ads come second, deliberately

We will take on media without the data layer. We will just be worse at it, and so will everyone else.

Without the data layer Optimising against each platform's own numbers, which double-count and cannot see what closed.
With it Optimising against blended, CRM-backed revenue. The channel that looks worst on the platform is sometimes the one to scale.

The audit reconciles your ad accounts against your CRM before we touch a campaign.
