Google Ads

The platform with the clearest intent signal and the murkiest reporting. We run it, then check its homework against your CRM.

What we run

The work itself, on this platform specifically.

Search

Campaign and ad group structure built around search terms that actually convert, with the query report worked weekly rather than quarterly.

Performance Max

Run with the guardrails PMax does not give you by default: asset group discipline, exclusions, and reporting pulled out into your warehouse so the black box is at least measurable.

Shopping & feeds

Feed quality is most of Shopping performance. We fix the feed before we touch a bid.

Bidding & budget

Smart bidding fed through Enhanced Conversions with the values your CRM says are real, not the ones the tag happened to fire.

Where the spend actually goes

Performance Max reports most of your budget as a single number. That is the part we pull out.

Google's attribution problem

Google is a last-click machine by default, and Performance Max reports almost nothing about where spend actually went.

Google reports Conversions on its own attribution model, with PMax spend aggregated into a single line you cannot break apart.
What that hides Which asset group, which audience, and which search terms produced the revenue rather than the click.
drop-b PMax and Search data extracted into your warehouse, joined to closed revenue in the CRM, and scored on what actually closed.

A conversion is not a customer.

The other platforms

Rarely one channel on its own. The point is how they read together.

Start with the audit.

We reconcile your Google Ads numbers against your CRM before touching a campaign.
